Yoga for Writers with TELL(h)ER Co.
Our bodies are the story keepers. Whether celebratory, traumatic, or a record of living life, every memory, sensation, and experience is kept within. Using a gentle yoga practice and short meditations, we’ll tap into the storehouse for creative release.
Over the course of the 90-minute workshop, we'll each articulate a story our body has been wanting to share. Through writing exercises, collaboration, and the support of a small group, we'll end with a finished (or unfinished -- no pressure ;) essay/poetry collection/spoken word/idea that has explored an untold story of ourselves.
